We only had the room, with no meals or other services included - actually free parking was included.
The parking experience was a bit odd: I was instructed to first go get a paper from the reception to get access in the parking. With the one-way street, I had to get to the main street and turn back after ~1 km and 10 mins in traffic.
However, that was the only "not so good" part. The hotel location is great, not too crowded area and very decent tourists around. Plus the several terraces/restaurants and beaches right close to the hotel.
For families with small kids, this hotel is awesome as it offers a lot of activities and a pool permanently watched by staff.
The room was large enough and the bed was very comfortable.
Overall, staff was friendly and well intended.
Not much else to say as we didn't have any meals at the hotel.
Parking experience could be better;
They should sell coffee (before 9AM) even if I don't have the breakfast or all-inclusive option. The "auto-coffee-machine" is not to be considered under the coffee description.
It would be useful to have a bar in the lobby to benefit from the very nice design of the reception area.

I booked Pirates Resort for a family vacation, and before arriving I have to admit that I started worrying after reading some negative reviews. Some guests mentioned repetitive food, staff who did not speak English, and other concerns. I was already starting to regret my choice.
However, after our stay, I can honestly say that we made a great choice. We booked two rooms with an all-inclusive package, and we truly enjoyed our vacation.
From the very beginning, we were welcomed by Toma at the reception. He is an incredibly kind and helpful person who explained everything, answered our questions, and even helped us with an earlier check-in. His English is excellent, and throughout our entire stay we never had any communication problems. Toma, you are amazing! I truly hope you read this review because you deserve to know how much your kindness was appreciated.
When Toma was not on duty, we were welcomed by the lovely Sabrina. She also speaks very good English and is extremely polite and helpful. Both of them are wonderful people — the kind of staff members who make guests feel comfortable and cared for.
Regarding the buffet, I want to highlight that this is a 3-star hotel, and the food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was very good, with omelets, boiled eggs, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, sausages, salami, cheese, and many other options.
Lunch and dinner were also excellent, with a great variety of dishes. We enjoyed turkey, pork, fish (my personal favorite was the small fish), steaks, soups, rice with seafood, desserts, fruits, salads, and much more. The food was tasty, and there were always many options to choose from.
Every time we entered the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by the beautiful and smiling Camelia Zatar, together with the friendly buffet team. Camelia is such a positive, cheerful, and welcoming person who always made us feel special.
I also want to mention the back-office team. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and ready to help.
We liked everything.

Failed early booking. They confirmed 10-11(on the day of the booking ) early check in and when I arrived they said no rooms available.Waited 6 hours in the hotel lobby s.
