The cleanliness, the location, the side of the room, breakfast…
I was call by reception at 23.00 in the night because they give me, by mist ache, two receipts from pos 🙈The value of the receipt is a little more than one euro🙈

well located!
comfortable beds
personnel was unfriendly, not helpful, bored and rude at times
for the amount of money paid, we expected a better atmosphere
just the young lady at receptipn seemed friendly
also getting kicked out from breakfast after getting food at 10am is not very nice for a 4 star hotel. It says there is roomservice available but when we called they just said „no“ and hung up.
