On the whole the hotel was clean and comfortable. the spa was excellent and the room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was accessible and spacious too. Breakfast was provided and was good. Generally the hotel offered what it said. Away from the spa, more bed and breakfast standard in terms of accommodation
Whilst elements of breakfast were fresh the presentation of breakfast could have been a bit more interesting. The staff could also have been a bit more 'smiley' at breakfast too and could be a bit more accommodating about closing down meal services. The bar at night closed at 10pm and the reception area was the only lounge space where our group could meet together.
Unfortunately one of the rooms we had, had rubbish from a previous occupant under the bed which was only spotted when they were leaving. on the other hand the house keeping staff were cheerful and very helpful.

comfortable beds
personnel was unfriendly, not helpful, bored and rude at times
for the amount of money paid, we expected a better atmosphere
just the young lady at receptipn seemed friendly
also getting kicked out from breakfast after getting food at 10am is not very nice for a 4 star hotel. It says there is roomservice available but when we called they just said „no“ and hung up.
