The location is excellent. The beach is just steps away, and all the staff—from reception and the restaurant to housekeeping and the beach area—were extremely friendly and relaxed. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations, as it is usually fairly standard. The Classic Suite was clean, spatios and properly equipped with all the necessary amenities (minus a microwave). For three persons, everything suited nicely. We will probably come back again :)
Few things I didn't like (compared to similar rated locations on Booking located in proximity area) 1. I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the sunbeds are not free. Although I was told that I probably have this information on my reservation email, I couldn't find it. However, the gentleman managing the beach area was very kind and friendly, so this was not a major issue. 2. Beach towels are not provided, which is a little unusual for a location in this price range. 3. The bathroom only provides soap and shampoo, without basic amenities such as cotton buds or body lotion. 4. The curtains are not blackout, so the room gets very bright early in the morning (around 6:30–7:00).. 5. Food ordered from the beach was served very slowly—it took about an hour to get a burger and fries for our kid. 6. The air conditioning cannot be properly controlled from the room, as there is no remote control, and we couldn’t always understand why it turned on by itself :)

We had a fantastic stay at Riva Mamaia! The hosts took great care of us and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The apartment was modern, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was absolutely fantastic and just added to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Everything. The apartment is quite spacious. The location is perfect. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast has a wide variety of choices and is delicious.
