The room was quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and one of the highlights of the stay. The room was clean and the bed was firm, which I personally liked.
Considering the price, the room felt quite basic and lacked the premium feel you would expect. The furnishings and overall comfort did not justify the rate, and the room felt more functional than luxurious. While everything was in good condition, there was nothing that made the accommodation stand out or feel like a high-end hotel.

Location, facilities (esp the offered covered parking and the very cosy interior pool), courteous and efficient staff who will not spare any effort to go the extra mile to accommodate your preferences and will even pleasantly surprise you :-)

A great place to be by the sea, good facilities, nice staff, good food, clean, very nice the beach and the pool, good locationa and a great view.

The hotel was close to the wedding venue we were attending and close to the beach. The pool would have been wonderful if it continued to be heated.
The bed and pillows in the room were bad, I have back and neck pain from the bed.
Everything was closed and before booking there was no notification that everything would be shut. They stopped the breakfast buffet, they wouldn’t heat the pool, you couldn’t get any food or drinks after 12. We still paid a premium price (almost £600 for 5 nights) and couldn’t access any facilities.
The staff were unhelpful and at times rude. For example we asked if they could call a spa for us (as there was nothing to do!) and they refused to call. You would ask what is for breakfast (as the buffet had stopped) and they wouldn’t tell you the options. We had one male waiter who was amazing.
