We liked the beautyful garden and the 3(!) pools, and the very comfy bedroom. Also, transfer to and from Salama Mbuyuni is easy to arrange. The owners and staff are super kind. We immedeatly felt like at home. We‘d definitely book again!

I loved the beauty of the hotel and grounds, the kind staff, the friendly cats and kittens, the tranquility and also the cocktails. Maria and Paco are wonderful people who collect books, clothes and essentials for local schools and community. Definitely worth bringing some pens/books if you can!
I loved everything about the hotel but probably not ideal if you have cat allergies!

Location near the main road and less than a 10 min walk to the beach, with a restaurant on site.
Great facilities: 3 pools, restaurant, reclined chairs, etc.
Gorgeous very big room with hot water and good water pressure in the shower.
Very nice staff.

The space is incredibly nice. Rooms are fabulous and complex has tons of cozy areas to lounge around the pools. Nice vibe all around
Not at all the property’s fault but the nearby beach is bad for swimming because the sea floor is completely covered by urchins. We also had an off-putting start to our stay where we were heavily scolded by the property owner for asking the hotel chef if it was ok to refill our water bottles. The owner very sternly told us off for speaking to staff behind her back to get free water which was not our intent. Her reaction was very harsh and put us on our toes for the rest of our stay
