Clean, good smell, clean showers and toilets, clean beds and really comfortable, safe, enough space to chill in the common area upstairs, you can put your things in the fridge.

Breakfast was good, and the cafe downstairs was cozy as long as there wasn't too many restaurant patrons at night
I stayed at Unplan Fukuoka and had an amazing experience so I expected at least something comparable but It was not nearly as good here. The facilities were much smaller, common area was really tight spaced, there was no luggage storage so the rooms smelled like dirty clothes and shoes since there was not good ventilation, and the bed spaces were smaller too.
