Wow! This is a real blast from the past. We loved it. We arrived up Mount Road - very exciting! Richard and Jenny were there to welcome us and help carry bags up to the accommodation. Everything we needed was there - just from approx 40-50 yrs ago. A real trip down memory lane. Richard had his apron on and served a delightful continental breakfast each morning and Jenny joined us for some lovely chats about everything. The cloud was down for some of the time so we had enforced leisure - but the view when it lifted is stunning, and there are lots of footpaths nearby but we will have to return another time to explore these! Llanfairfechan is a good base for getting to lots of nearby places. Do go to the Pavilion Beach cafe on the sea front in Llanfairfechan- another gem. Thanks for a great stay.
Nothing - any minor issues were all part of the character of the place.

The accomodation was clean and comfortable and in a lovely location. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful and were knowledgeable about the area, even asking on check out if we could recommend places to others.
Nothing major, we were there for 2-3 nights and the accomodation provided an excellent base. If I were planning a week or so with children the size of the 'lounge' area may have been a minor issue. But we weren't so it wasn't!

The views were exceptional and it was very peaceful and although the furniture was dated it was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped apart from the lack of adequate range of sizes of drinking glasses
Furniture was tired and dated the shower was inadequate it was very old and temperature could not be regulated, the towels provided consisted of one smaller than usual bath towel and one small hand towel so it was a good job we had taken our own.
