The pub is great, such a cool place, the pub had everything. The staff were exceptional, steak night brill and the breakfast 11/10. Amazing value for money, in fact it was too cheap for what you get.
Room is dated but the experience was so good due to the friendless of the staff (and we spent little time in the room), you can overlook the little details.

The property is on the sea front and the views are spectacular.
Easy to get into Llandudno and Conwy
