Friendly staff, very clean, new carpets, fresh decor well maintained. Plenty of coffee in room. Heating was good, very cosy. Good shower.
Nothing, it was excellent value for the money.

Cleanliness was top notch. The bed was comfortable and cosy. The weather was stormy so it was great that the room was Warm (not stifling) and quiet. I have sleep apnoea and need to plug in CPAP machine. There were enough sockets to not need my extension lead to plug it in.
David was an excellent cook. His poached eggs were second to none, the most perfect I've had for years.
Very close to sea front and various retail outlets.
When I arrived I did wonder what I had come to. There was quite a lot of road and building works in progress, in the general vicinity. It could have made parking difficult as it is mostly on road parking. I was fortunate, there was a space onsite for disabled parking.
I should have checked as there was no lift and the stairs were rather steep. It was manageable but next time I will take a smaller case or cases.

The room was comfortable, warm and very clean, the hosts Sandy and David were very friendly and accommodating, we ended up not driving and took the train, the only downside was the weather which nobody could do anything about
I couldn’t find fault, all our needs were met
