Friendly, helpful and communicative staff. The host Marco was very helpful and was on hand to assist us and answer any questions. Fab location, close enough to everything but in a quieter part of Venice :)
Not the host's fault, as it is listed that breakfast is an extra and not automatically included, however if you are on a budget and only there for a short time (meaning there is no time to cook) not having breakfast included means eating out and this adds a significant extra cost on. Just something to bear in mind.

The balcony on the canal which was part of the room for a private and relaxing break

Our host, Marco, was very helpful and welcoming. He greeted us and provided all the necessary information. The apartments were well aligned with the price - authentic Italian feeling, which I appreciate more than just being "chic". The balcony overlooking the canal was outstanding.
Everything was fine.

Good breakfast, Marco very friendly and facilities good
It wasn’t clear from the website that our room didn’t have a terrace or we thought there was a shared terrace for breakfast. So clearer info
