the staff and all the facilities are absolutely perfect. we had a great family room with stunning view, everyone were super helpful. nice breakfast. very nice cafe and restaurant in the hotel (much better than the tavernas in the village)

We had a wonderful stay at Rouista Tzoumerka Resort and would definitely recommend it!
From the start, the staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, including arranging complimentary room upgrades that made our stay much more comfortable as a family.
A special thank you to Eleftheria, who was amazing throughout our stay. She helped us plan our trips around Tzoumerka, gave us great recommendations, and even sent maps and routes directly to our phones to make sure we didn’t miss anything.
We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant — the dinners were excellent and it was great to have such a good restaurant right at the hotel after a day of exploring.
Beautiful place, excellent hospitality, and a team that really cares about their guests. We would happily come back!
