- The apartment is very spacious. The bedroom has plenty of space, mattress is memory foam and looks new. The living room/kitchen is big. Sofa is nice to relax on. There is a TV with Netflix and Bulgarian channels available. Oven, coffee machine (Doche Gusto), washing machine, big fridge/feezer. Literally everything you need for your stay is provided. It is also very nicely decorated inside.
- Aircon in bedroom and also living room. Although in bedroom it is next to bed so the person sleeping next to it can get quite cold
- Big wardrobe to put all your things in
- Cleaning product provided and hoover for floor if needed
- Shoe cabinet in hallway provided too
- The Business Manager Maria is very nice and very hospitable. She ensured stuff I needed for our stay was provided
- There is a clothing horse which you can put clothes on, on the balcony
- Location is nice. Close to town and a 5 min walk down to the beach. Beach is very inaccessible with lots of steps!
- The garden is beautiful, like from a movie. So green and peaceful
- Pool is private with hedges around it so you can’t be seen from the road
- Lots of free parking on the side of the complex. Never had an issue finding a space
- At night it is so peaceful
- I would suggest perhaps putting in a toaster in the apartment
- Would be nice to have somewhere to dry towels properly. The clothing horse is too low
- The bed is quite low so just a warning
- The washing machine drawer leaks when the machine is on so careful not to slip in the bathroom
- No tissues allowed in the toilet, just a heads up
- The shower is VERY small. You can’t wash your hair properly. But having a washing machine in the bathroom takes up that space for a bigger shower. It looks ok on the pictures but definitely keep this in mind
- Would be nice for the bedroom curtains to be the right width. They don’t cover the window fully so light comes in, in the morning
- The balcony door in the living room needs a blind for privacy
Now the biggest let down is the complex. There is nothing in the description of the booking that you can’t use the pool between 14:00 - 16:00 every day. You can’t even be around the pool that time or you might get fined. Absolutely absurd rule! Apparently quiet time? Would be nice to warn people about this before they book. We definitely wouldn’t have if we knew this.
Also no smoking, food or water in glass bottles around the pool?!?! I have never heard of this being a rule in Bulgaria! Although others had food and glass bottles and I didn’t see anyone get fined or told off?
The pool area needs an upgrade for sure. Toilet is one you need to squat on the floor. I’ve not seen one of these in like 20 years!
The sun loungers are old and plastic, with no cushions. Very uncomfortable!
The way the complex is designed, the pool is in the shade from about 5pm onwards, very cold pool too as it’s deep (big pool). The buildings block the sun. Only bit you can sit in the sun, is by the kids pool and when we stayed there was a big group of kids splashing everyone and screaming so we would leave after 6pm as when the sun disappeared around the pool area. Very stupid design.

Great location. Spacious apartment with good facilities and excellent coffee machine.

Our apartment has a private rooftop with a great view with grass, benches and sun loungers. We have kitchen which was very useful. Beds were very comfortable.
There were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms and it was getting light at 5:30.
There was no elevator.
The pillows were quite high.
