Nice updated rooms. Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice room snacks.
Our room was very small. We had to put our luggage on the bed to open it and there was maybe 15 inches between the foot of the bed and wall to get to the bathroom.

Room was a great size and was very comfortable for a family of 3. Very clean and served us well for the night before an early flight in the morning. Staff member was extremely helpful when our flight was cancelled at the last minute.
Having to pay to use the lift.

location and had 2 full beds for a family of 4.
the room was a bit weird with a huge tub in the main room and black walls. main problem was the A/C was not great and the shower didn’t drain so water went all over the floor.

"The hotel (in my opinion) is the best hotel in Naples! My family of 4 felt really safe and comfortable at this hotel. Gabriel was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations..."
