The hotel requires negotiating some fairly narrow roads to get there, but that is a characteristic of Naples. Better dealing with that via taxi rather than driving yourself. But taxi drivers in Naples are not the most terrific in terms of not gouging their unknowing fare@. The room was comfortable and had a huge hot tub (with integrated hand shower).
Taxi stand at the airport was firmly quoing $40 in spite of the fact that both taxi fare shown by Uber and a later taxi drive from hotel to airport later were about $30. And the night hotel staff would not even attempt to reschedule a pre-booked taxi to take us to the airport one hour later (rather than 2:45sam) , after we learmed the airport would not have unlocked doors until 4am! Instead he fiegned a call to the taxi company without an attempt to intervene in our behalf. And we could not even sit in the (empty) dining area at 2:30am to drink our complementary coffee, being told that "breakfast is not until 7am". THAT is something that the hotel could do better with...customer relations!

Location is really bad if you do not have a car.
If you have a car it is brilliant
Without a car you will have to pay 40 euros to travel anywhere .
The bus is unreliable and never comes
The train is 15 mins away by car, that’s 40 euros to get there and the train station does not take u directly into the city either you will have to switch .
I’ll say it again , if you have no car , and want to explore Naples, this is not the one

I liked the room. It had everything you would want for a solo traveler. The bed was very comfortable. Some of the hotel staff were very helpful, especially a lady at the reception who knew English and managed to have my room ready well before the check-in time. Breakfast was ok. Kitchen staff were always quick to offer either coffee and other coffee related drinks, alongside the already available breakfast drinks. Honestly, I would have goven the stay a higher mark but for the fact that I almost lost my plane because of the non-speaking-English-at-all gentleman st reception who did my checkout.
There was a gentleman at the reception that did not know any English and was very unhelpful with regards to payments and issuing of invoice. The shower surface was also very slippery. There were 2 days in which the elevator did not work and the same gentleman from reception shrugged it off and advised I can use the stairs. Also the power drill at 9.15 AM had a great effect on my stay. The hotel is far from any reliable source of on-time public transportation (metro) and it's actually outside of Napoli city limit, so taxis charge you double for any trips made from Napoli to the hotel, that is actually in Arzano.
