My parents have always stayed in when I lived in Ryde. It’s just super convenient and always so clean.
Shame the ceiling lights weren’t working in my room during my stay. I didn’t say anything until check out because it was only one night for me to lay my head somewhere. But after I told the lady at the desk, then asked to purchase some soft drinks from reception, I would have expected her to have given them to me for free due to the light inconvenience but she made me pay. Maybe because I work in hospitality I just expected it would be the same somewhere else but guess not.

Room was not cleaned until after 2 pm daily.
"Coffee" from the Coffee shop next to reception was disgusting and undrinkable!
