Ca Leon is located up the hill which guarantees beautiful views. The room and bathroom were spotless. Car is needed if you want to go to the centre of La Spezia

Wonderful place to stay! It was beautiful, clean, friendly and with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Relaxing environment and we all felt like home immediately.
The only downside is the long walk from the city center. Still worth it for us, but can get tiresome after a few days.

We absolutely loved this accommodation. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you might need, making the stay very comfortable. The atmosphere is charming and authentic – it truly feels like you are experiencing the real Italy. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

The view from our room was amazing, the cleanliness and friendly staff, Violetta was very informative and helpful. Property felt secure.
The continental breakfast had a decent selection.
The tap or shower being turned on was noisy and no soundproofing in the rooms. Luckily we had quiet neighbours.
The walk was up hill from the centre of La Spezia but that’s how you get the beautiful views.
