Island Sands is a small condo complex on Indian Rocks Beach directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, literally 50 feet away is the Gulf! You will enjoy dolphin watching and magnificent sunsets from your balcony with your favorite beverage or right from the living room while enjoying the massive 60" flat screen smart TV to stream your favorite Netflix shows including surround sound! The master bedroom has a King size platform bed, walk in closet, smart TV, and your own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king sized bed as well, and a TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and is right beside the guest bedroom. Down the hallway is the main living area that has beachfront views from the entire open space! Here you will find the updated and fully equipped kitchen (with every convenience from home that you desire to create those wonderful home cooked meals). Right beside the kitchen is the dining room table with plenty of room for the entire family. At the breakfast bar you will love the comfortable bar stools for quick meals or to catch up with your social media while surfing the internet on WIFI throughout the condo. The beachfront living room has comfortable seating for all, a large smart TV, queen sized sleeper sofa, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the pool and Indian Rocks Beach. Enjoy your front row seat to the breathtaking nightly sunsets inside the comfort of the living room, or out on the tall chairs on the balcony. Your happy hour beverage deserve a view like this! Beautiful bamboo flooring in the bedrooms with tile throughout rest of the condo. There is also a brand new washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. Linens and towels provided, including beach towels. There are some beach chairs and an umbrella for your use, too. Enjoy the gorgeous beachfront heated pool, relax on the sundeck with a good book or stroll the quiet section of Indian Rocks Beach. Create an incredible meal at the onsite Gas BBQ grill area - all at your home away from home to create lasting beach vacation memories. *This condo is located on the second floor, there is NO elevator - just stairs to the condo. You are within walking distance to dozens of wonderful local restaurants and shops, plus a CVS. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, more restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. Please note: The facility does not allow parties or events. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules. This unit is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely No Pets. For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children. The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. There are two assigned parking spots for this unit. This unit sleeps 6 people total (this number includes adults, children, and infants).

Absolutely perfect property! Well stocked with all items needed for cooking & relaxing! There wasn’t a thing that we needed that they didn’t provide. Views from the covered balcony were amazing and this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries! Facilities were clean and the walkout the beach was easy breezy! Highly recommend and we will be back!

My wife and I have been vacationing in the IRB/Indian Rocks Beach area for years, and this condo at Island Sands checks all the boxes: immaculate and well decorated, awesome location, and a million dollar gulf/beach view from a larger than normal balcony. We’ll be looking at our calendar when we get back to Ohio and booking a return trip in 2024!

My grandparents retired to St. Pete in 1951, so I have been visiting the gulf coast for quite some time. My wife and I have been vacationing gulf side for over 30 years. We love IRB and Island Sands 204. Climbing to the second floor is a small price to pay for a geogeous view. Close proximity to a public access to the beach is a bit of a drawback, but on the other hand it can provide some unusual entertainment. Everything within walking distance. All in all, a wonderful vacation, again. We will be back!

My wife and I wanted to have a spontaneous trip to the Tampa area. We found this on VRBO and it was absolutely amazing! The condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was amazing. Walk to several local restaurants, and just steps away from the beach. We can not wait to come back.

We loved this property. Very clean, in a great area near lots of restaurants. It is close to other areas like Clearwater and John's Pass. We prefer beach areas that are not as crowded and busy and this was just perfect. We had a great week and would stay here again.

Home away from home
This property is amazing and has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. This was our first time at Indian Rocks Beach, and it definitely won't be the last. Many times, when you rent a condo, you come to a completely bare condo with nothing. That is not the case for this one!! You have everything you need to get your beach vacation started. The condo is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. Watching the dolphins from the balcony was one of my favorite things to do. The walk from the condo to the beach is one of the shortest walks that I've ever had. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

This condo is spotlessly clean with big beautifully decorated rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. To be honest, our family had never heard of Indian Rocks Beach (we thought we were staying in Clearwater!) but, after our stay, we are so glad we mistakenly found this place! Quiet, family-oriented beach but close to the "action" if you choose. Couldn't recommend this property highly enough!

This condo never disappoints. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here. What beautiful memories were made! We had fabulous sunsets and warm sunny beach days! Simply paradise. We even got to witness a full lunar eclipse during our stay!

We loved our stay, and had a terrific time with beautiful May weather! Just a couple of helpful things for future renters to know. There is no elevator in the building, and so it’s a two story walk up, the ground floor is parking. Many good restaurants in the area.. VIP, Conch Republic, Keegans, Slyce, Osaka Suchi, Columbia, Salt Rock.. Kooky Coconuts has good sandwiches & ice cream. Nachman’s Seafood Market for fresh seafood to cook at hm. We did a lot of that bc we never wanted to miss the sunset! Btw. The slider to patio didn’t lock securely, but since we invite our Daughter w/ small grands down, we always travel with slider locks. The only other thing i would offer is .. a few ppl fell on the paver 2 or 3 step just above where the pool and beach met .. i would suggest painting or making with reflective tape (or something) on the steps to differentiate the levels.. besides that .. we had a wonderful time, and will return! Don’t forget your spf .. and your sand shoes! 🐚

This was a wonderful vacation getaway. The condo was situated perfectly on the beach, and close enough to all the local venues. The condo was clean, organized and stocked with everything we needed to make it our home for the week. Bedrooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. It was even better than the pictures. It had everything we could ask for in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was awesome, especially with the high table and chairs. The sunsets were spectacular. We were steps from the beach and water. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The 100 flavor ice cream store right on the corner was a big hit! If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

Great Anniversary Vacation
We loved our stay! The location could not have been better. We enjoyed time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the almost private beach area out front.
