Das Geld ist die Unterkunft nicht wert.

Es gab zwei Doppelbetten.

Die Dusche war schmutzig, wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Straße und gegenüber war eine Diskothek. Die Fenster ließen sich schwer öffnen und schließen.

Die Unterkunft war ganz nett..

Als ich mein Koffer abholen wollte, das im Kofferraum stand, war keiner an der Rezeption um 15 Uhr.. Ich rief an auf die Nummer die da hinterlassen worden ist woraufhin der Mitarbeiter meinte das er ne Stunde braucht bis er wieder da ist da er heim gefahren ist. Ich wollte eine Lösung haben und den Chef sprechen aber er hat vor mein Gesicht aufgelegt und sagte ich solle die Polizei rufen. Also unter aller Sau

Superb

Very kind staff, with comfortable bed, and with carpets on the floor. Perfect location at that price. It had a fridge which was handy to buy cheap water from Lidle or Aldi.

Missing air condition because it was hot sometimes. Fan didn’t work so well. Could not open the windows at night because bugs coming into the window it was near a still lake.

good for the money...

it was close to city center, by the river... all hotels are so expensive in Hamburg, this is also expensive for the room but cheaper than all other hotels close to the city center... hot water was good... for 1 night, it was good

there was no breakfast. I would expect some breakfast for the money that I spend for that room... you can see spider webs on the corners of the room...

I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

the bed was comfortable. the receptionist was nice and tried to solve the problems they created an gave me a cup of tea for free while I was waiting in the lobby for more than an hour to get the keys from my room.

reception not letting me into the room for more than an hour because they only accepted pre-pay from a bank card (it was a business trip paid by company, that means only the bank transfer), and unlike other hotels didn’t let me in the room before payment. employees attacking me and yelling at each other.

Price ok, not clean, loud noises keep awake.

The bed was good and there was enough room for two. Being by a river is nice. Price is reasonable.

Very loud. Earplugs needed for good night sleep. Doors banging and other disturbing noises very loud even at night. The walls were paper. Not a single cleaning or taking out the trash during a four night stay. Not particularly tidy and a little unhygienic. Only one key which is needed to get out.

the fact that the room is by the canal

the owner charged us 4 extra euros (didnt explain way he could not speak english) and when i ask about parking he tried to cheat me tell me that it was impossible to park outside ( i just park 30 m away for free)
