The hotel is in an ideal location and is very close to Berliner Tor station allowing for plenty of S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and bus connections. The breakfast was very good. Good selection of drinks at the bar.
I was told when checking in that room cleaning would come on the third day but they did not.

Very comfort bad, good location, good value for money. Very well connected with airport and city center, also can reach city center by walk (30-35 min) just need to choose right street (in one street close to main station are lot of homeless people, so better to skip this street during the night)
The nearest shop is 900m walking distance. There were a lot of works in the city and close to the hotel, so it is not easy first day at night to find appropriate route from metro station to the hotel.

The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Late check out time -convenient.
Room was so plain and basic, definitely not worth money we paid for. Not possible to make tea of coffee in the room, and the complimentary coffee near the front desk was always empty. Breakfast was boring and way too expensive. Better eat something in the center of Hamburg. Staff was definitely not friendly, and the location is too far from the city center. The hotel is not located in the best neighborhood. Especially at night it was quite scary to walk from the train station to the hotel. The closest convenient store is located 15 min walking distance.
