Staff were exceptionally nice, high agency, eager to help with any requests. Upon checkin, I offered a card on file which they declined - very rare these days. The ventilation systems in the room are excellent, so is the pillow menu. Mattresses of good quality, but regrettably, the standard 180cm in width. Room was spacious, and in-room dining took on average 15 mins to deliver - exceptional. Views were stunning, hotel was clean and cozy. Will definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family.
The hotel badly needs blackout curtains, otherwise impossible to sleep past sunrise without a sleep mask. Sunscreen was not available anywhere in the hotel, even for purchase. In-room dining could use a few more healthy options. The gym could use a bit more equipment (max dumbells 20kg), cardio bike not working.

We stayed here for 4 nights on a girls trip. The hotel was beautiful, location perfect, we enjoyed lovely food and the staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend Allium. It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

What a beautiful hotel! It felt like a slice of paradise, from the impeccably kept grounds to the beautiful suites, delicious food, and most welcoming and attentive staff.
I was really able to switch off and relax; the grounds have a serenity to them that makes you feel so peaceful. The staff are exceptionally attentive and know how to strike the perfect balance between anticipating one's needs and ensuring one has space and privacy. They're so thoughtful and genuine, and they really made my heart full with the gestures and efforts they went to.
It truly exceeded my expectations and made my birthday holiday special and memorable. By far the best hotel I've ever stayed at thus far—thoroughly enjoyed and thoroughly recommend!
