If you want authentic Vietnam in Ninh Binh, STAY HERE! Tam Coc area is too westernised!

Beautiful location nestled in among the landscape. Peaceful and unspoilt. The family who run this place are the sweetest people, so helpful and welcoming. We had wonderful vietnamese cuisine, we borrowed bikes to explore the area, and they let us shower after checking out, after getting caught in a down pour. When we were leaving, they knew we were catching an overnight bus and sent us off with a bag of snacks and drinks.

The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We appreciated the 3 separate beds in the triple occupancy room. The included breakfast and lunch/drinks were all delicious. The staff were very helpful in making suggestions for sightseeing, as well as arranging a taxi and renting us motorcycles to get around. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the friendly environment and beautiful scenery. Great value and experience

The sheets and towels were very heavily fragranced from detergent

Loved the beautiful area and tranquil setting and it was great to have a drink and watch the sunset.

Stunning picturesque setting and the property and gardens were beautiful. Hired a motorbike which was great around the area and lots of fun.

A bit of rubbish lying around which was a shame. The food at the restaurant wasn’t the best.

Wonderful location, great staff, very good value

Nice clean room. Good bed. Very friendly staff. Good food. Nice to have bicycle and motorcycle for rent. Location is wonderful. Beautiful view and nature

Le service !

J’aurais préféré qu’on me propose de dormir dans un dortoir seule étant donné que c’était quasiment vide. La première nuit je dormais avec quelqu’un de malade dans le dortoir et j’ai mal dormi… j’ai demandé à changer la deuxième nuit à a été accepté :)

Super séjour au Trang An River View

L'endroit était juste magnifique en plein milieu de la nature. On est accueilli par une famille qui gère l'endroit et qui s'occupe de tout. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. Ils nous ont offert de prendre le petit déjeuner à emporter lors de notre départ aux aurores. Nous recommandons vivement!

El lugar. Apartado del pueblo, tranquilo, al lado del rio con zonas donde tomar algo viendo simplemente las luciérnagas pasar. El personal muy amable, nos alquilaron moto en el mismo alojamiento y nos facilitaron el transporte para ir a Halong Bay. Desayuno rico, puedes elegir

Loved everything about Trang An River View. Staff were helpful, surrounds were beautiful, pool was great, bike riding was excellent, eating and lounging area were welcoming and comfortable.

Very Comfy Relaxing Stay!

We loved staying here! So peaceful and the staff were so accommodating. They let us check in early after a sleepless flight and really helped us out. It is further out from the main strip of ninh Binh but if you don’t mind paying a few dollars in grabs it’s worth it. However it is closer to the Trang An river tours!

I liked the free breakfast and the staff!

Its a bit remote (also a good thing for peace) but I would say the only draw back is you need to rent a scooter or hire a taxi to reach main tourist sites.

Highly recommended if you want to spend time in a quiet area.

Everything was amazing! location, staff, comfy bed and pillow, breakfast, early check in-late check out (at not additional cost). You even get snacks and water for your bus or train trip after checkout!

absolutely loved it. make sure to book your bus/ train to next destination with them , they will give you discounts and drop you off to the bus pick up point. they even provide motorbike and bicycle rental services. Such kinda people they were.. gave me snacks anc water for my overnight journey!! Do not have a second thought , book with them right away ☺️

Great location, lovely staff, nice communal feel

We loved it here! We wanted peaceful, and thats what we got. Its off the beaten track, but so worth it. Such an amazing setting. Great rooms, lovely staff, and a nice communal feel about the place. Would highly recommend.

Everything, behaviour of staff , the aesthetics of the property including the pool, the rooms are big and clean with all basic amenities. The location is also a good one. Much recommended. Food at the restaurant was tasty with a lot of options including chicken.

The staff is exceptional and is very helpful with tips, arranging busses and you can take bicycles for free. It's close to multiple sightseeing places. My room was very comfortable with everything I needed. The area and common area is calm with good food.

perfect stay!

This was one of our best stays in all of Asia. The location is absolutely beautiful and very quiet. The Homestay is comfortable and there is a nice common area to hang out and swim, or play games which we used a lot during our stay. The restaurant was really good, and a great value with plenty of food options - both local and western. We used the free bikes and also rented scooters for a day which was cheap and convenient. The best thing, however, was how we were treated by the staff. They really took care of us. They were accommodating in every way, and just made it easy and enjoyable. we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

As close to perfection as it gets! Absolutely exceptional!

What a wonderful place to stay! As close to perfection as it gets for beauty, serenity and just all around comfort. The staff is exceptional. The beds are comfortable. I stayed in one of the bungalows and it was so quiet and so relaxing, day or night. Just let the birds and frogs and insects sing you to sleep at the foot of a cliff amidst the limestone hills and rice fields of this wonderful scenic area! Totally recommend this place! You won't be disappointed.

An excellent Ninh Binh experience!!!

Thé location is excellent. We had a separate cabin. it was squeaky clean and perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room came with a delicious made-to-order breakfast. Lunch and dinner were also available for purchase. Bicycles are free to use. We would definitely return here.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Incredible Place

This place is just fantastic. In the middle of the rice fields, rivers with very good structure. It's a little bit country side, amazing to enjoy the view and relaxe, just walking (or biking) around was a very pleasant experience. They have everything you need there, with good prices, so it's not a problem to be a little far from the city. I went walking from there to the main boat ride and it was fantastic, seeing goats or people working and living their lives, with not many other people around. They help arrange everything you need, and a lady from the staff gave me some chips and water before my pickup to Hanoi as a compliment. The place is just incredible!

Nothing, even being apart from the movement was all I needed.

Fantastic find in An Trang

We arrived on a sleeper bus at 4.30am and were checked in and grabbing some snooze by 5am. Amazing. Location great with awesome views and close to attractions. Bungalow was really comfortable with great shower. Onsite restaurant with nice food. Staff courteous and helpful. A great stay - wish it was longer

The staff was very helpful in helping organize my itinerary and setup transportation.

We had a really good stay at Riverview Homestay. The rooms were very clean and daily housekeeping was exceptional. The hotel is located right along side one of Ninh Binh limestone mountains and the sounds of nature dominate this spot. Staff were accomadating, Zen was wonderful and kindly helped us with our request. If you are looking for quiet spot to get away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place.

The room did slightly smell of cigarettes the first day, probably from the previous guest. Not a big deal.
