Simple and straightforward. Great value for money
Shame it wasn’t an open pub downstairs anymore but there are plenty of other great pubs around for food.

Clean room and very spacious. Not very modern but good value for money for sure. Right where we needed (nearby Snowden). Would stay again if price was right
The rooms had a keypad and if inputted wrong it would disable the code which meant you had to contact the owner which I assume was more annoying for them than for us!

Price was good.
The listing shows an open pub with rustic seating, a bar, etc.
In reality it is a closed-down pub with only the rooms accessible via a backdoor with an access code.
We made do, the price is acceptable for what it is but the listing on Booking.com is woefully misleading, to the extent that it ought to be taken down entirely.
No WiFi either.
The once-a-week positive reviews from the same person, using the same words in every review, are highly suspicious also.
