The home offers 3 bedrooms on the main level plus a lovely private master up, with spacious ensuite and private balcony overlooking pool and grounds. The pool and Fire-pit are totally private as you look towards the desert landscape. The outdoor BBQ grill area overlooks the pool w misters to keep you cool on hot days! There's plenty of Outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace and sunshine. The home is situated in a very private residential (desert landscaped) neighborhood. Quiet & private location all homes spread far apart from each other on large lots We are located off Shea Blvd at 128th St approx 10 min east of the 101 loop. 20 min to Old Scottsdale and 35 min to Sky Harbour Int'l Airport. The area is surrounded by world class Golf Courses and fabulous shopping in upscale Scottsdale. For those with Pet Allergies we are a NO Pet and Non Smoking property. Please note, Pool Heat is an extra charged calculated manually after booking based on the time of year. Pool Heat is only required from October to May. For longer term bookings please inquire with the owner regarding the cancellation policy and deposit schedule. Guests are always advised to carry Trip Cancellation Insurance in case they have to cancel inside of the Cancellation Period. Short Term Rental License # 2024416

We were looking for a quiet getaway with the family for the holidays and this provided just that. Expansive house with great indoor/outdoor gathering space and separated bedrooms for kids and folks of different schedules. The pool is great and perfect for kids. Location was great too-close (1 mile) to grocery store, restaurants within 10 min. drive and a good sampling of hiking trails within a few miles.

Great executive vacation home. Very quiet residential area. Living room and kitchen are huge! Kitchen has most everything you would need. Bedrooms are nicely spaced out - was great for 4 adult siblings!! Pool and outdoor space were so nice and relaxing. Wish we had more time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property with family members, celebrating a special birthday for my wife. This elaborate home was perfect for our 4 day stay, and we enjoyed the pool and numerous activities in the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. There were a few things that happened, but Andrew was responsive and we felt good about how things were handled. The biggest one was the trash had not been picked up the week before, but we made do. You need to be flexible in any situation and just enjoy your stay. The pool was great and we really enjoyed being together as a family.

My parents had 11 girls and 2 boys. Outside of the Family Reunion, us Sisters have vowed to get together each year at different locations to fellowship to honor our parents who are no longer with us. Our stay here in Scottsdale, AZ (9/15 to 9/18) was absolutely Blessed. We are grateful to Mr. Hasman for allowing us to stay at his Beautiful Home. When we all get together again in AZ, we hope it can be at this beautiful place. Our trip and time together was wonderful.

The setting is gorgeous, but this house was a bust unfortunately. Coming at the end of July/early August we intentionally booked a place with a pool. There was A LOT of debris on the bottom and the water looked murky, the vacuum system obviously wasn't working and despite multiple texts and calls with the owner, he never sent anyone out. Upon arrival we found a dirty, deflated raft in the pool, fine that's easy enough to remove. Next morning there was a dead mouse in the pool. The following morning a dead frog. The owner will likely gaslight me in his response and tell me dead animals in the pool are normal, but I beg to differ. We never did get to enjoy it. The interior of the home has definitely seen better days - a case of the pictures looking about 10x better than reality. Everything seems to be in some state of disrepair. One of the bathrooms was crawling with ants. Owner told us there was Raid under the kitchen sink. There was not. The kitchen was well stocked, I'll give them that.

The house is gorgeous and in a wonderful location. We were out in AZ to visit my sister and brother in law, who live nearby, and who are expecting their first baby. This house was fantastic for our family, bc our teens each had their own rooms, my husband and i enjoyed the fabulous master suite upstairs, and my mom had her own quiet space off the kitchen with her own bathroom and door to the outdoor area. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. The exterior lighting at night was lovely; several individual trees and cacti are illuminated and provide lovely ambience. My teen daughter baked and decorated a fancy baby shower cake in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed several family meals at the large dining room table. This house is close to the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, hiking trails, etc. Andrew was incredibly responsive, too! We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you!

This is a very nice place to stay in a very convenient location. We stayed here with our adult children and significant others (Total of 7 adults). Layout allowed for adequate privacy for all. Pool was nice, kitchen well stocked. Noted a few items that needed some upkeep, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard was private with space between homes. The bedrooms were also nicely spaced throughout the house to eliminate any noise between rooms. The home was in a great location with coffee shops, restaurants and a mall close by. Also near the National park. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bathrooms also had extra shampoo/conditioner. We loved our stay!

We visited the area for our daughter’s college graduation. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quite and relaxing after a day of exploring. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the pool and patio. Kitchen had everything we needed. We all agreed that we would stay there again if we returned to the area.

Each year we pick a place to travel to with a group of friends… this year was Arizona!!! The house was amazing, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and warm. The location was enough outside the city but close enough to everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

This property really executed for us on all fronts; travelling with two children and in-laws, the layout provided everyone their unique space. The house was well equipped, the grounds were amazing and provided a ton of space for the children to roam. This was our first private pool experience, and it was a win, heated and large enough for our needs. The home owner was very engaged and assisted us throughout our stay an needed. We were really happy with this place and would defineatly utilize the property again.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem tollen Haus, weil wir uns dort so wohlfühlen. Es ist architektonisch sehr ausgefallen, was uns besonders gut gefällt. Die Lage ist super, eine ruhige Sackgasse, und das Grundstück ist sehr gross. Trotzdem ist es nur eine kurze Autofahrt bis zum Supermarkt und einigen Restaurants. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung vieles zu entdecken, das Meiste im Bereich von weniger als einer halbstündigen Autofahrt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an Nichts. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und der Aussenkamin ist wunderbar am Abend. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
