During a 40-degree heatwave the attico was a little oasis
While the location might seem a bit off, it is only a 10 minutes walk to the beach (public and paid).
M & G keep a lot of plants and manage to make the house feel homey and private at the same time.
Aircon etc. worked perfectly.
Around the corner there is a great backery, a butcher and other shops.
This is not a minus, but just a little "heads up" for people travelling together > the bathroom is part of the room with a shutter, rather than a full door. Therefore it might be a bit "intimate" for some people :)

Struttura suggestiva con decorazioni frutto di una passione per i viaggi nel mondo, posizionata in modo ottimale per muoversi a piedi sia per raggiungere il mare che il centro di Giardini e con parcheggio facile da trovare a pochissimi metri e senza costi, che spesso risulta caotico e oneroso. Ma di gran lunga le cose più belle della struttura sono l’amore, la dolcezza e l’affetto dei proprietari Maria e Giorgio, i quali ci hanno riempito di attenzioni continue in un modo mai provato in nessuna vacanza nel mondo. Alla luce di innumerevoli viaggi fatti, paesi visitati, numerosi Hotel, B&B, case vacanze vissute, posso affermare che la dolcezza ricevuta qui, credo di non averla mai ricevuta in nessuna struttura ricettiva. La sensazione è di sentirsi a casa, in una casa piena di emozioni, cultura, accoglienza e amore.
Non dedico quasi mai tempo a recensire, ma questa volta ho fatto un eccezione per l’assoluta meritocrazia. Grazie per averci ospitato e per il vostro calore, torneremo senz’altro a trovarvi e nel nostro piccolo cercheremo di promuovere il vostro sogno più lontano possibile.

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. We especially loved the spacious terrace. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cama cómoda y habitación amplia. Decoración original.
5° sin ascensor. En las zonas comunes hace mucha calor. Estuvimos dos días y no nos limpiaron la habitación. La nevera no enfriaba nada y el grifo del baño no iba bien.
