Staff were friendly and able to help if required , breakfast was excellent . Location was excellent with a pool and access to the sea
Sadly we had an issue with our a/c it kept coming on and going off during the night , it was too late to call anyone , so it was rather an uncomfortable night as the room warmed up very quickly when the a/c stopped . Then it would come on , just about cool it beige going off again . It was intermittent all night .

ha tanto da rinnovare e sistemare per diventare bella, e’ una struttura datata con arredi troppo scuri sia nelle parti comuni che nelle stanze la facciata e l’esterno compresa la veranda e il gazebo sono stati sistemati dopo il ciclone Harrry.
Quando sono arrivata ho subito manifestato le vose che non minpiscevano in stanza e devo fire che sono stati velocissimi a risolvere tutti i problemi.

Housekeeping is fantastic, bed made, towels replaced, disposables replenished and room cleaned all whilst at breakfast! Pool and loungers a great. Access to private beach fantastic.
One staff member in particular is extremely rude. Other hotel guests also complaining about her. I tried to suggest a vending machine in reception for water at least accommodating late check in's. She told me she just worked there but the other staff members told me she was their manager!

Great location, plenty of restaurants close by.
Staff could have been more welcoming & offer information about the area. Good job the wifi was able to help book trips.
