Location was great, staff were lovely. Reasonable price for a seaside location. We had a double deluxe sea-view room which had lots of storage and was a good size. Lovely little balcony overlooking the water.
Pre ordering breakfast. I understand to a certain extent having to pre order a cooked breakfast as the kitchen is very small but don’t see the need to pre order pastries, yoghurt or cold meats.

Exceptional breakfast, great staff friendly and happy to help. Good size of the room but ours with city view was very noisy from the traffic on the street.
The hotel looks nice, colorful but it needs some upgrades especially in the bathroom

Didn’t like much about this property at all it’s very old and needs modernising , appears not to have been decorated in decades .
The lift only fit one person with luggage .
The staff unfriendly and unhelpful and English poor.
The vibe of the place poor was like being back in 60s.
No staff on reception in morning for a hr guests complaining .
Unable check in earlier than 2pm was made to wait to on the dot.
Went to terrace for drink no one there to serve staff sat talking .
Paintwork gory and shabby.
Breakfast got to be ordered day before at set time you have to stipulate.
We paid delux room not delux at all was more expensive than a lovely accommodation we had left in Taormina with breakfast ,
Bathroom not enough soap .
Coffee machine water dispenser was scummy .
Position is not central .
