Location, swmmingpool, staff,
Garage gate manual, breakfast focused for Italian people, poor selection of gluten free options only industrialised, no fresh juice, no bacon, no gluten free bread . Rarely night events for guests like music or show

Valentina & Biviana were extremely helpful. Giuseppe & Daniele also worked hard in helping us with luggage.
Nice pool & breakfast was great.
Shower head needs changing.

I liked the hotel itself and most of the staff were lovely.
I don’t like you had to pay for everything as an extra and there were no little extras I.e shower cap . Also we arrived late at night and we were literally handed the key off you go! No porter or guidance as to how to turn on the electricity supply!

The property is very charming and tucked away in a quiet part of a touristy area
Most of the facilities are charged at an additional extra, which doesn’t feel great value for money when you are spending over 200 euro a night. Breakfast was average
