This place was so nice. It was an old, historic property. The owners have kept the charm of a historic property. The lady that helped us was so kind. She was helpful and everything was so laid back. It felt like we were actually at home and not staying in a small little boxed room. I loved this place!!!
There was nothing bad. I could not think of anything that I did not appreciate and enjoy.

Excellent hospitality, including complementary snacks and beverages, personal items , and other extras. . Clean, comfortable , quiet. Nicely decorated, good location with parking.
Some things were unclear like what refrigerator had personal items or complementary items.
Strong pine sol cleaner smell .

If you're looking for a historic place to stay in the heart of Arcadia, the Oak Tree Hotel is an excellent choice. It's located on the main street, within walking distance of the antique shops, cafés, and the antique market, making it the perfect base for exploring the town.
The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building with many original architectural features, giving it plenty of charm and character. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we appreciated the complimentary beer and wine offered upon arrival. Breakfast the next morning was also a nice addition to our stay.
We really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again.

The location.
It needs some work. It's good to have a vintage hotel, but not the bed or furniture.
