Tucked away at the end of a quiet country road on 1.5 private fenced acres, Hidden Pocket offers the best of both worlds: complete privacy and room to relax, just minutes from downtown Healdsburg, outstanding restaurants, and some of Sonoma County's best wineries.

Your Own Private Wine Country Retreat
The fully fenced 1.5-acre property gives kids room to play, dogs space to explore, and adults a place to truly unwind. Mature landscaping, gardens, and a small hobby vineyard create a peaceful setting that feels removed from everything—while Healdsburg Plaza is only about 10 minutes away.
Pool, Spa & Outdoor Living
Spend the day by the solar-heated pool (typically available mid-April through October, weather permitting), then relax in the 6-person stainless steel spa under the stars. The landscaped grounds include a shaded outdoor living area beneath a pergola, poolside dining for eight, and six chaise lounges for enjoying the California sunshine.
Our seasonal vegetable and flower gardens are right beside the outdoor living area, and guests are welcome to pick fresh herbs and vegetables when available.
There's also a basketball hoop for a little friendly competition. For cyclists, Healdsburg Plaza is approximately a 3-mile ride along quiet country roads.
Comfortable Spaces for Gathering
The house offers two distinct indoor living areas.
The main living room features a 75-inch Sony 4K TV and immersive 7.1 surround-sound home theater. A separate family room has a comfortable sectional, fireplace, 43-inch Sony 4K TV, and Sonos sound.
The open kitchen and dining area make the house especially well suited for cooking and spending time together. The dining table seats eight, and the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone countertops, and practically everything needed to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a serious dinner.
Wine lovers will appreciate the crystal glassware and dishwasher-safe decanters, while unbreakable dishes and wine glasses are available for outdoor use.

Hidden Pocket comfortably accommodates up to eight overnight guests.
Primary suite: King bed and private bathroom with double vanity, whirlpool tub, and separate shower.
Two guest bedrooms: Each has a queen bed, custom Elfa closet storage, and room-darkening shades.
Additional sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The shared guest bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination. There is also an additional half bath near the laundry room.

Important Property Rules
Please make sure these rules work for your group before booking:
- No smoking anywhere on the property.
- No parties or events. Hidden Pocket is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for gatherings or celebrations involving additional guests.
- Dogs require advance owner approval and may not be left unattended at the property.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests. Total persons on the property, including daytime visitors, may not exceed 14.
- Vehicle access is limited to minivan-size vehicles or smaller.
- A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.
- A pool/spa waiver is required for guests under 18.
- Exterior security cameras monitor the gate and entry doors. There are no cameras inside the home.

Fabulous host. Beautiful grounds. Peaceful location, yet close enough to center of town. Kitchen stocked better than my own. The only negative is that we had to leave.

Our girls weekend had a great time. Clean, good linens and well stocked kitchen. We used the lovely hot tub after a wine tasting day. Healdsburg is a short drive away and offers great restaurants and shopping.

This is by far the Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The house and grounds were even more beautiful than the description. It was like a resort with the beautiful plantings, pool, patio areas and surrounded by fruit and olive trees. The bedrooms, kitchen and two living room areas gave us room to spread out and have social and quiet times. I hope we can return at some point. What an amazing place!!

We were so impressed with this property, all the amenities and all the appointments. Firstly, the property has everything anyone would ever need. The pool and the hot tub are very much welcome, the large yard with all the fruit trees is a real bonus and the location is really ideal. It’s quite peaceful. The kitchen and the grill were really unexpectedly well appointed. People say their houses have everything Cook would need, but this house really has everything one could need. We ended up cooking at home more than we ate out because it was so comfortable and had everything there that one would want to cook at home. The owner has thought of everything And giving such clear instructions about the pool, the spa, the shades, the TV, the Sonos, was really appreciated. The location of the two sitting areas was nice as it gave us options, depending on what we were doing. All in all, we were extremely happy
