Friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, quiet location, nice garden

Shower good but in need of minor repairs, had to chase replenishing tea/milk in the room, pub food not great.

Very good

Room had been decorated beautifully, very comfortable bed and pillows, good quality toiletries.

Better method to keep the early morning sun out of the room, as it woke me up at 05:00. Wifi for work in my room couldn't connect. Would have loved the option of a continental brekkie in the morning.

We spent two nights here over two weekends. We would definitely stay here in the future

The view from out bedroom window was wonderful. Something good to wake up to. Our room was very modern and clean and tidy.

There wasn't anything we didn't like during out stay.

Loved the location, countryside views from our room. busy in the bar and restaurant on Friday evening. friendly staff. Good "pub grub". Better than we expected as other properties we looked at in the area did not look very appealing.

Nothing to be honest. They didn't provide breakfast unless requested but that was not a problem

Lovely comfortable room, although a little small, it was adequate for the two nights we stayed. Friendly atmosphere. We did not eat there, but feel sure the meals were good. Nice view and ample parking.

The location is good, the pub and restaurant is great.

The room wasn’t very clean, but had many many wood lice crawling around.

Met our needs. Will stay again.

Very clean and well located. Facilities are also great with ample parking.

Music from the pub/restaurant can be heard in rooms up until 11pm, (Saturday night)

The food, the bar and setting, the staff. Lots of room inside despite it being busy.

The only downside was that the car park was full on our arrival and we took a little time to find somewhere else before we could get a space. This is probably due to the pub/restaurant being so popular.

Superb

Staff were incredibly friendly ,accommodating and helpful. Lovely terrace to enjoy our evening meal.

Shame the Inn did not offer any kind of breakfast. With only 4 rooms it is understandable though!

There was no soap or shower gel upon arrival and the green fire escape sign was bright at night which effected my sleep.

The hotel staff were great and we really enjoyed our dinner. We were late arriving due to traffic problems, but they held our table in the restaurant, even though it was quite busy when we arrived. Judging by how full the car park was, the restaurant is very popular with locals - and it's in a lovely location. Room was very nice.

It's a real shame the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, that would have topped off our stay very well. Being in a fairly remote location it meant we had to leave earlier than we would have liked in search of breakfast. On a minor point with the king room, it was nicely decorated and had plenty of room, but there's no shelf space in the bathroom so nowhere to put toiletries etc.

It was a nice stay, the room is clean and cozy and the restaurant is very good. Staff is very nice.

Because of the above - disappointing!

The room was clean and comfortable but the folding door to the bathroom/toilet could not be properly shut. This was due to poor fitting into the doorframe and binding on the carpet. The restaurant meal menu and the food was good.

1. The problem with the door, referred to above. 2. t was only on the morning we were leaving that we were told that no breakfast was available. The reception area was closed and no-one appeared until 9.30, a very pleasant lady who said they never do breakfast, This is not stated on Booking.com info, nor on the Golden Mile website, Had we known this I would not have made this booking.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we will definitely be booking to stay there again.

The staff at the hotel were so accommodating, attentive they couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The food was delicious and the room was beautiful.

Short sightseeing break in the Vale.

Enjoyable stay

Room was decorated nicely and very clean. We stayed in Room 1. The sheets and bed were very comfortable. The staff were all lovely and the pub had a great atmosphere in both the bar and restaurant, it is obviously a popular establishment. The food we had was very good especially the chicken supreme! Would recommend.

No wifi in Room a bit annoying if you were staying more than one night. Room 1 was quite noisy the kitchen is directly below, the fan was going until about 9.30 which then ended up with the kitchen blaring some dance music until just after 10 so something to bare in mind. I do think it's a little pricey considering no breakfast personally (although we went to the old bakery about 15 minutes away which we would recommend!)

Booked as a pre Christmas get away and it was just what we needed, we both loved it .

Food was delicious and lots of items on the menu. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect .

Well thought out, tastefully decorated, very pleasant and helpful staff, nice selection of tasty, ample portions on the menu in the restaurant. A busy and popular establishment.
