Likome patenkinti viešnage, nežiûrint į paminėtus trūkumus.

Pusryčiai ir vakarienė labai geri, vieta įspūdingai graźi.

good location and view from room.

staff rude and unhelpful. hidden costs, not a 4 star hotel, ridiculously busy and not relaxing.

Quiet location in a luxury hotel expensive but you get what you pay for we had a Lovley stay

Quiet location on the seafront beautiful hotel with great facilities indoor and outdoor pool activities for kids but not pushy about them joining in pool table and ping pong were a hit with my two and food was hot and plentiful even though was high season was a large dining room with well laid out buffet and no Queing Lovley hotel can’t fault it we went half board and wine soft drinks and beer were included in dinner which was nice

There was a sea side terrace sun beds were an extra 5ejros a day which considering how expensive the hotel was to stay in felt a complete rip off other tha. That it was perfect the location is quiet which may not suit everyone but for me that was an added attraction

Superb location, great views but the hotel itself is a little disappointing

The location is superb. The staff are great and work very hard. The food is varied.

Rooms are tiny, the place is dated and space around the pool is very tight.

Disappointing and warm

Good location

Some of the front desk and restaurant staff were quite rude. There was no access to water at the front desk and the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. The room was bare on arrival,not even a bottle of water.

Excellent for me and my boy 12years old.

Excellent if you have kids. All inclusive meny is super.

If you travel as a couple (lovers) I would choose a Adult Only hotel.

peaceful place with great service

Perfect place for recharge, spent 7 night all inclusive, - fresh food, amazing beach, absolutely amazing kind and caring stuff. They went above and beyond to make my best possible. Special thank you to receptist Kathrine, and Antonia behind the bar🤍

Disappointing

The location is excellent

The food selection was fair but the quality was not the best. The same foods were served every single day......need better quality and a change in selection on s daily basis

Beautiful location, very comfortable hotel and great value for money.

Location is just perfect for a mini break as only 30 minutes from the airport and such a beautiful bay. Can’t fault this hotel on value for money, also very clean and all the staff very friendly and helpful.

The food gets a little repetitive- but you can always find something to eat.

Amazing hotel!

amazing location, on the beach excellent pool excellent buffet food selection and drinks

was quite difficult to park - didn’t have onsite parking so had to walk to find a carpark

Amazing location and sea-views in a quiet resort.

Excellent location and airport public bus transfer great value and efficient. Took 1 hour 15 minutes and 5 minute walk to hotel. Rooms nicely furnished and kept clean daily. Free QUALITY beer wine sangria & soft drinks with dinner on half board.

The hotel buffet did not cater for gluten free and they did not have a plant based milk option. The entertainment was poor. The sun loungers need updating. Horrible colour. The pool bar was uninviting

miserable unsatisfactory and will never return to Alua hotels

right on the sea and beach steps away. there was no other positive comments worst stay i’ve ever had

it’s huge !!! sun beds so close together no room to move — canteen style dining room food appalling rooms bland bedroom small poor quality figments bathroom had no shower cap or body lotion or conditioner just bottles of gel and shampoo fridge falls out of its space when door opens this is not 4* in any form

Good day I did staty there just for 2 days. Food is terrible, hotel crouded

Room was well maintained and clean. Bed is good.

Restaurant is horrible, I would discribe terrible fast food experience.

I enjoyed my break at the hotel your staff all of them I would come again it was just so pretty. .

the layout the grounds the service.

the only thing was the pillows they were not comfortable. also you did not have much entertainment but it did not spoil my break I did have a wonderful stay.

The best location. Great beach. Awesome food. Extraordinary staff.

Only one thing was bad and it was dirty cups and glasses. I had many times dirty cup or glass. For example I saw a lipstick on my cup....

Not quite the standards would expect of a 4 star, but overall a nice stay

- Nicely kept hotel grounds - Rooms clean and comfortable - Staff friendly and helpful - Aircon in rooms good - Beautiful area - Lovely additional sitting area next to the beach which has free loungers for those on all-inclusive

- No kettle in room (and not allowed to take hot drinks up there from the restaurant) - Gym equipment very lacking/broken - No water machine at gym or in spa - Pool area small for the size of hotel - Inside pool closed in summer - Outside pool area very noisy - either music playing or loud games which are amplified - it’s a very busy area and we did not use it as it was not at all relaxing - Food - generally low quality unless stuck to basics (fruit, bread, cheese, salad, fresh fried meat and fish all ok)

Good but tinned with the fact that an extra room was booked and even we do not use it and the hotel

I like the hotel but when we tried to amend our booking they said they couldn't do it themselves. Booking was useless and I am still waiting for my refund. Although they amended I am still waiting to refund me the money

The administration and reception at handle my booking and liase with Booking.com
