+ The hotel is beautiful and has a great restaurant. The design really gives vacation vibes, and having one of the best restaurants in town right in the hotel is very convenient. I loved all the flowers, decorations, and attention to detail.
+ The location is perfect. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, there are several bus stops nearby, supermarkets and restaurants are also very close.
+ Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from.
- One staff member’s unfriendly attitude was very disappointing. I wanted to leave my room key at reception while going swimming so I wouldn’t have to leave it unattended on the beach, but she refused, saying she was not allowed to keep it. This was quite confusing, since she was able to access my room with her card anyway. Leaving keys at reception is a common hotel practice, and the interaction caused unnecessary stress.
- There is no fridge in the room.
