> Sin duda, lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido el trato del personal. Queremos destacar especialmente a Laura, Claudia, Mauro, Jesús y Natalia, que en todo momento han sido súper atentos, amables y cercanos. Se nota que hay un equipo detrás que se preocupa por que los huéspedes estén cómodos y disfruten de la estancia. También destacamos las instalaciones, la comida y el ambiente general del hotel. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y nos hemos sentido muy bien cuidados.
> Si tuviéramos que señalar algo, quizá mejoraríamos la animación nocturna, ya que creemos que podría ser algo más variada o dinámica. Por lo demás, estamos muy satisfechos con la estancia.

La comida está muy bien, mucha variedad y buena calidad, y el hotel está muy limpio.
La habitación que nos tocó miraba hacia atrás y el balcón era muy pequeño, era más bien un mirador, y una persona gruesa no entra, además no podíamos tender las toallas y la ropa mojada de la playa. Y yo contraté con las expectativas de tener un balcón más grande y con vistas mar.

"It was so clean and run with such efficiency. Although the majority of guests were Spanish there were no language barriers throughout the stay. Breakfast was excellent and the slides were well used"
