The location was excellent, a minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Gandia. We has the Junior Suite with the bath in the room, which was actually ok. You can watch TV from the bath! The loo had a door so that was good, the rest was open plan. The room was spotless, and we had a turndown service and clean towels and coffee etc in the evening. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was ok too.
As I'm not good with heights, I didn't like the glass balcony, although it was faced west so the sun was on it most of the day so it was too hot to sit out. I think that the beds could be better quality and less wobbly.

The hotel is only minutes from the beach and has views to the sea from the balcony. We have been to Gandia before but only stayed for the first time in this hotel in March. The room was lovely and our dog was made very welcome. We paid for parking as it is very hard to park in Gandia, but there is a lift to your room. Breakfast is amazing, one of the best we have eaten on our drives to the South of Spain.

It was close to the beach and the hotel foyer was nice. The reception staff were helpful.
The staff at the restaurant were largely unfriendly and especially on the second night we waited for a while to get a table because it was busy. We then found our own but the waiters helped everyone else but us. We had to ask another staff member who was much happier to help.
The pillows were uncomfortable in the room and neither my wife or I sleep well at all.
2 times the cleaning staff knocked and then entered the room even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Once while I was in the shower and my wife stopped the cleaner.
Overall it was not a pleasant stay as the staff seemed unfriendly towards us.

excellent location very close to Gandia beach and would be an excellent summer hotel if on a relaxing break, hotel is very modern and very clean.
Had issues with facilities in the room. The television didnt work for three days- first reported it on day one, was told the hotels internet was changing over and it would be fixed on day 2, wasn't fixed and had to report it ag*ain on day three- maintenance chap arrived at the room and told me and showed me how to reset the internet using the circuit breaker board. *really this is both a task the guest should not be doing and is unsafe. Also air conditioning would not turn the room temperature down, and was told it didnt go below 20 degrees and was designed to heat the room- Very unsatisfactory for a hotel in a hot location. Room was uncomfortably warm and had to open patio door to cool down.
