Charming old hotel. Spa area was quite nice, the breakfast-in-the-cellar was absolutely top-notch. It doesn't look like much from the street, but it's a hidden gem.

Location-wise great. Breakfast is good but nothing special. Front desk service is friendly.
The room we stayed at is in desperate need of a renovation. The least they could do right now is invest in new mattresses as the one we had in our room was old and very soft - your bum will almost touch the bottom of the bed when you sit. Cheap pillows. Dirty room - we had someones toothpaste stains in the bathroom. Showerhead was clogged, water will flow all over the bathroom floor when showering. We had a room that had a window straight to the main street so better keep the curtains closed at all times. In the nighttime you can hear snoring from one room and music from another. No kettle in the room, bring your own toiletries as well. It was a full house so it wasn’t possible to change the room. Spa needs more attentative cleaning - puddles everywhere, empty cups and wet cloths left to random places by ignorant guests. There are far more better places to stay in Kuressaare.
