Good breakfast, nice pool area, great massage

The staff was very nice and breakfast es very good. The hôtel restaurant was also very good.
The spa was ok and clean but not outstanding. The bedroom we got was too tight for a 5-year old and 18-month + couple. A family suite would have been more suitable but was not offered and I think offering a regular room with 1 extra bed + cot for over 200euros/night wasn't reasonable.

Location, area outside and spa zone are great. Restaurant with its breakfast and friendly, helpful team
Rooms (especially bathrooms and carpets) require urgent upgrade, current version is at 3 star level.
Specifically requested big bed means 2 separate beds with not fresh mattress topper.
Terrace of the room- dangerous as many nails from the floor where half out/ worn to extent it is not possible to be there.
Entrance with self service door - not convenient (if not impossible) for baby stroller.
Reception staff- not interested in anything, not welcoming.
