Location and breakfast. Waiting staff were excellent.

Your breakfast supply was exactly the same every morning. You might want to include some changes and that would be appreciated by the guests who stay longer than 1 - 2 nights.

Location is perfectly in the center of town, next to all restaurants and just short walking distance from Kurressaare castle.
Breakfast was also excellent and very versatile.
Spa was basicaly non existant, just small pool, jacuzzi and kind of sauna (60 degrees).
Bathroom in the room had shower without a barrier and with zero slope toward the drain, so the entire bathroom floor flooded after every shower.
