Great location with quick easy bus/walking routes to city centre. Big space for our family of 5 to stay comfortably. Comfy beds. Great reception service and the accommodating of allowing us to store our bags pre check in and post check out.
Our room was a little tired looking, needed a good dust of the woodwork and the pillows could do with renewing!

The room was comfortable. We liked the "attic" location, it was quiet. The room was clean and nicely laid out, with plenty of space for 3 of us. We booked 2 nights separately and when I booked I had to book two different types of rooms. The receptionist was able to change it so that we could keep the same room throughout. We were happy that we could store our luggage there after check out so we could pick it up after doing a bit more sight seeing. Would definitely recommend. It was easy walking distance to the Haymarket station and to the Royal Mile.
