The view from the room was great. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
The ground floor is not the first floor- there is no elevator and I to dig through the information to find out that there was no elevator. Why not highlight that information? Don't burry it.

Very clean..facilities ok ..staff were friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately not informed would be a top floor room 3flights !!of stairs I do suffer with asthma..also very expensive for just a room! No other facilities.. no downstairs toilet.0h and no full length mirror in bedroom.more hangers and wardrobe! gave impression was a bed and breakfast.
