It was clean and functional. Instructions and accessing the property were straightforward. Noises carried but the property was completely silent by 11pm.
We had #11 with the bathroom outside, but adjacent to the room. Private and no hassle. The shower was really teeny tiny and we both whacked ourselves manoeuvring about. The tray also filled up with water as the water didn’t drain fast enough. The soap dispenser was missing. However the water was hot and the shower head worked.

The location was not too difficult to find.
THe room was pretty but I never been in a room so dark. But the decor was nice and clean and like a 4 star hotel
THe bedroom and bathroom was both clean, spacious and generous.
I have never paid so much for one night without breakfast but your accommodation was recommended and a lot of places were booked up. I could have gone a little further out of the town centre to get a good room with breakfast for a cheaper price. Value for money was not there.
The TV did not work properly and I called the number on trhe booklet in the room, emailed and finally called the number on my email from the owners. He spent 15 minutes telling me that the TV was working in the morning but are pressing all the buttons for a while with the man on the phone he explained that I can get Youtube and sign into my Amazon or Netflix account. I told him I am old and I wanted basic BBC TV news etc. After 10-15 minutes I got YouTUbe, thats all. Before I called i knocked on a neighbour's room to ask if their TV was working and they tried it and it was on first time. The man i believe was Kevin I think and he said sometimes the weather affects the ariel outside. It was around 8pm when I got to my room.
The quality of the towels were appalling, think and not of a reasonable quality. Very dissappointing. I've been in 3 star hotels and not had any of these issues so paying £229 for one night was to me excessive considering the amount of time i had to spend sorting out the TV.
