- comfortable mattress and pillows
- tea/coffee facilities in the room
- (limited) parking available in front of the hotel
- little balcony with a sea view
- close to the ocean „beach“
- central if you want to walk to many restaurants/shops
- fantastic breakfast buffet
- pool outdoor seemed very nice - we did not use it
- two single beds pushed together - not very comfortable for a couple!

The fact that the parking is not for free and it’s always a challenge to find a spot. Another challenge is to find free sun-beds either at the beach or pool (we stayed on the floor a serial of times).
