Cons: Basic Room amenities were not generous; ie, no coffee pot, no shower cap, no lotion, no facial bar. I came down with food poisoning from the buffet, ruining 3 days of my vacation and was confined to the room - after reporting it, no one followed up with me so others could be spared this horrid experience. Smoking was allowed directly outside of all common areas so that 2nd hand cigarette and cigar smoke poured into the lobby all day and night w/no regard for non smokers so it was impossible to enjoy fresh air inside or out at this beautiful hotel.
Pros: Beautiful hotel, view, and staff was lovely, except of course whoever was responsible for the contaminated food that poisoned me
