Very well equipped large apartment. Secure car parking space. Clear instructions from friendly staff.
Minor comment. Some of the furnishings seemed a bit tired (well used) but everything was clean and working.

Location near to city centre and Kings Park. Room has laundry facility and kitchen. But I did not cook during my stay.
Property is old and not modern. Interior and furnishing is old and simple. Bathroom is very simple and has a dispenser for body/hair wash. Poor sound proofing, can easily hear other occupants talking and watching TV in their rooms along the narrow common corridor. I could hear the occupants in the room beside mine, talking and watching TV loudly between the wall partitions. And when other occupant(s) cook inside their room(s), the smell can enter my room. On site restaurant no longer in operation. There are 2 lifts and 1 lift was not in operation or out of order during my 1-week of stay.
