Staff were very friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy, restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. Good location

Location was great and quiet. Walkable to central station, cbd, Esplanades,convention Center, Kings park Smaller upgraded building with historic past.

Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Great cafe attached to facility. Excellent location for CBD

Location was good
Restaurant downstairs was amazing
Bathroom needed a deeper clean (grout)
Limited items in the kitchen for cooking(no olive oil, pepper, salt)
Bed was ok but linen wasn’t very nice
Front desk was as helpful as they needed to be but nothing more
Not well insulated (could hear people above and to the side)
Balcony wasn’t private (glass in between each person) and chairs uncomfortable
$$$$
