Las instalaciones están nuevas y muy bonitas, el personal excelente actitud de servicio y a la orden en ayudar, la comida del restaurante en el desayuno muy rico y variado, instalaciones limpias, piscina muy agusto
Que la puerta principal es por un lado y no se puede accesar al área donde está la fuente que es un lugar muy irónico del hotel

El hotel está muy muy bien, está en el centro y tiene estacionamiento que eso es extraordinario, es un hotel muy bonito, cómodo, limpio, pasamos un día ya que veníamos cansados de un vuelo largo y aún faltan para llegar por carretera a casa, y descansamos increíble, el wifi súper bien mis hijos encantados, las camas cómodas y el plus!! El desayuno delicioso!
A quien lea se lo recomiendo, Mérida en un lugar hermoso y este hotel es muy bueno para hospedarse, buen precio y muy bien el servicio y calidad, además está a unas calles de un lugar donde hay mucho que comer fuera del hotel.
