The staff were amazing. Breakfasts were delicious. Owner was so friendly. They were very accommodating to our requests- whether it be towels for cenotes, umbrellas for rainy season downpours, or packed breakfast for days with early starts.

The staff was wonderfully warm, welcoming, and helpful. The building is lovely, with cold AC in the rooms, and very quiet. The location within easy walking district of the central plaza and tons of restaurants and shops is terrific. Free secure parking is just around the corner. Breakfast is tasty, with several choices each day.
The pool is rapidly losing tiles. The pool bar is supposed to be open daily but was only open one of the four days we were there.

Lovely place to stay — good location and the pool and breakfast were excellent. Tom and staff were really friendly and helpful.
Room could just use a few adjustments — we would have liked a wardrobe and some more drawers, and the door to our hotel room was glass so it let the early-morning light in.

Super nice facilities: the interior design, the color palette, and the overall atmosphere deserve special praise for their excellent taste. The rooms were also very nice—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean. A special mention as well to the extremely friendly staff, including one of the owners we had the chance to speak with. The location is great too, with everything in Mérida within walking distance. And it’s worth mentioning that a visit to Mérida itself is absolutely worth it, it’s a truly beautiful town.
For anyone traveling by car: free parking is available in a secure and supervised private parking area on the first cross street, just a 2‑minute walk away. And if you’re carrying a lot of luggage, you can briefly park directly opposite the entrance to unload before moving the car to the parking area.
I can only highly recommend this place.
No matter how hard I try, there’s honestly nothing I didn’t like or could complain about. Of course, you have to keep in mind that this not a "ten" star super luxury resort (and I’m actually glad it isn’t, because I don’t enjoy that kind of places), hence, there’s absolutely nothing to pick on or dislike.
