Hotel is just 6 minutes to the closest beach Boccadasse, the bed is big and really cozy. The room has a nice AC and a ventilator on a ceiling. Everything was nice.
Maybe the breakfast should have some varieties more.

The location is good, the staff is super super friendly and more than ready to make your stay better. Street parking is difficult, private parking available (15€ per night).
Clean.
The hotel is not easily accessible, the price is nowhere reasonable on what you get on return. The bathroom is really really small, if you're taller than 190, it's really difficult to take a shower. If you're with a car, its difficult to get to the hotel (really narrow street).
-The breakfast is a story on it's own, it's one of the poorest breakfast on a 100€+ hotel I've ever eaten. Highly recommend to make some improvements.
