Most of the staff are very friendly the room is quite big and the bed is so comfortable, nice balcony and ac. It’s big and spacious yet so comfortable I’d definitely recommend!
There is a blonde girl that works at the reception who is extremely rude, it’s like she’s upset that you’re there. As well as some problems within the furniture like the door being off the hinge or won’t stay closed and won’t lock.

We had 2 stays. 1st was booked by us and we stayed in a a large room on the 8th floor which was fine. We were then moved to a standard room on level 1 by our cruise company which was fairly basic. Staff were helpful, close to public transport, restaurants and shopping centre.
No coffee making facilities in standard room
