Location is nice, all the amenities are nearby, the stuff is friendly and nice, rooms are clean, the restaurant is nice and also kids playroom and fitness and the pools are great. Its nice that you get sunbeds on the beach and at the pool and also everything was very clean.
Booked a premium room which in reality is a standard room with the balcony on the park side. During the summer hotel and surrounding is so crowded is not peaceful even in the evening or early morning there is always people talking, you dont have much space to be a little bit alone by the sea or in the park. Also the beach is not only for hotel guests but for everyone so you can easily dont get a sunbed or cant find a good spot at the beach, which was annoying cuz you pay a lot during the summer for the hotel and all sunbeds were taken, sometimes there was no guy who you show the card from hotel, so they practically get hotel amenities for free. Also parking at the hotel is chaotic, since is not just for hotel guests. For a 4 star hotel I dont think having no garant parking or looking for parking spot for 15 min sometimes is a good look. Also the thing that bothered me a lot is during breakfast the staff took your plate immediately when you stopped eating for a second or you went to get beverage, even if you didn’t finish, and they didn’t even ask, so I think that’s a little bit too much.

- Food was decent and you had multiple options to choose from. They don't serve the same things too often
- Indoor playground for small children
- The hotel reception area. The reception area is well designed and you can spend time in there in the evenings
- Being built within an area with lots of trees. This gives you more opportunities to find a shadow when the sun is at peak
- Free parking space
- Play facilities (i.e Tennis, Golf) - They are in open area though
- Elevator is so small
- Rooms are so small (except some family Suites where they have basically merged two rooms)
- TV is probably older then your grandpa. It is literally unusable as you just have a very limited local channel. No network connection so you can at least watch youtube or similar platforms
- Indoor pool is not heated.
- Outdoor pool is small
- It does not have a private beach. People from outside the hotel can pay for sun chairs, which is fine, but when it is crowded you may be leftover without sun loungers
- You pay for soft drinks (except breakfast), even if you book a half or full board
- You pay for all other facilities (i.e Tennis court, Golf court, etc) and gadgets separately
- You pay on bars and restaurants of the hotel, even if booked with half or full board
- Game room - it was great to have a game room with ~4 play stations, but all the gadgets are broken and most of the time, the ones managing the room were playing on the working one. It was great to have a game room, but in the end it was useless as almost all devices were broken

The hotel sits at an amazing location and boasts excellent premises, however, when contrasting with the price one may think that they could provide a little bit more quality. The hotel is very good but you always have the sensation that on many areas they simply fell short of making it perfect. Nonetheless, hotel lobby, rooms, gym, and breakfast were very good. Outside area by the beach and surroundings are just astounding.
