The property is neat and well maintained, location is fantastic, so close to the metro station and surrounding areas are very nice.

The location is great if you are looking for place in Sultanahmet. It’s close to all the major attractions but on a quiet street, with some shops and restaurants (which for most part are overpriced, but you can find some decent places around). The penthouse apartments we stayed in have great views and all good space. Bed is comfortable and it’s quiet (besides the prayer time from the mosques).
I would happily book this place again, but there are few things that could be improved:
1) the pillows are cheep and not to comfortable
2) the water pressure is good only when others in the building are not using shower. In the mornings the shower have very poor water pressure

The hotel was very close to all of the historical landmarks very easy to get around by walking. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful when booking excursions or activities. Our view was absolutely amazing of the blue mosque.
Would be nice if we had a living room, but we knew that was not an amenity upon booking

Good location
Tons of spiral stairs low ceilings and no front desk cause the bigger rooms are located in an entirely different building across the street in a alley
